Search Terms
When a visitor types a name, location, or similar term into a search tool supplied by a third-party provider, that query is sent to the provider that operates the tool. This site does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Messages
If someone sends an email or contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to review it and respond. It is not shared outside the organization unless a legal requirement applies.

After a visitor leaves this site, the privacy policy of the destination site controls.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to recognize activity across websites for interest-based advertising. That tracking is handled through their technology, not through a jail record held by this site.

Personal information is not sold. It may be available to limited parties when needed to operate the site or comply with law.

- Ask to correct inaccurate information in a message record.
- Ask for deletion where retention is not legally required.
- Ask to opt out of certain processing when applicable.
Kansas Open Records Act requests for government jail, court, police, or custody records are separate from privacy requests to this private site. Those public-record requests are handled by the proper record custodian under K.S.A. 45-218 and 45-220.
